Jinkaiyi is a professional manufacturer of PVC Coated Welded Mesh, designed with galvanized or low-carbon steel wire and finished with a strong PVC coating. The plastic layer is bonded to the wire through advanced heat and adhesive processes, creating double protection against rust, corrosion, and weather. Available in both rolls and panels, PVC Coated Welded Mesh is widely applied in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial fencing projects.

Material Composition

PVC Coated Welded Mesh is produced from low-carbon steel wire, hot-dip galvanized wire, or electro-galvanized wire. The underlying zinc layer provides primary corrosion resistance, while the PVC coating ensures durability, smoothness, and long service life.

Colors Available

Standard colors include green, black, white, blue, and yellow, with customization available upon request. Green (RAL6005) is the most commonly used for gardens, parks, and landscape fencing.

The wire diameter varies depending on coating:

• Before coating: 0.56 mm – 4.00 mm

• After coating: 0.90 mm – 4.88 mm

This ensures both light-duty and heavy-duty fencing options.

Panel and Roll Dimensions

• Roll length: 15 m, 20 m, or 30 m

• Roll height: 0.5 m – 2.5 m

• Panel size: 1.0 × 2.0 m, 1.2 × 2.4 m, 1.5 × 3.0 m, 2.0 × 3.0 m
